About Joyce

I am a 29-year-old working professional in the marketing field with a background in psychology, where I focused on children's development during college. My experience includes an 18-week course on child development and an 18-week internship as a teaching assistant at an elementary school. That training gave me the knowledge to plan fun and engaging activities that keep kids learning while enjoying themselves. Beyond academics, I have a genuine love for being around children and have built hands-on experience through several long-term childcare roles from Care. com and other platforms. I also have two younger siblings, a nephew, a niece, and several cousins I've helped care for over the years, which has given me a natural ability to connect with kids of all ages. I enjoy being outdoors and planning trips and activities that spark creativity and curiosity. I currently drive a 2020 Jetta with a clean driving history and can provide documentation if needed.
