My child rearing philosophy is taking care of the child's physical needs and the well being of the child. And providing a safe and loving, caring environment for the child and be a nurturing role that compasses all the affection and care that the child needs to grow and to thrive. I worked with children all ages infant up to school agers. I just love working with children in any ages they are so full of life. Children make my day by seeing the smiles on their faces each and everyday. Additional Comments: I would love to obtain this position that compensates based on the performance to provide your child with the love and care that he or she needs to grow.
