I am also available for light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. Regular updates via text or phone call are important for family communication. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is also important to me. I am First Aid trained.
