My daughter and I hired Joyce D on Care.com after I had broke my shoulder. I also have congestive heart failure and Type 2 diabetes. Joyce helped me four days a week with showers, getting dressed, light house cleaning, my PT exercises and meal preparation. She was a huge help with cleaning, wrapping and monitoring a wound on my toe that needed constant attention due to my Diabetes. Joyce has a wonderful personality and very proactive. She introduced us to a few new healthy food choices and drove me to all my various doctor appointments – foot doctor, wound care, cardiologists without issue. And, she was diligent about updating my daughter on everything. She also taught me how to use the speech function on my Roku which makes life so much easier! I definitely would hire Joyce again without hesitation.
