About Joyce

Hi! My name is Joyce and I hail from the Kingdom of Tonga known as the Friendly Islands in the South Pacific. With over three years of experience supporting older adults with daily care, companionship, bathing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and household tasks, I bring compassion, attentiveness, and a keen eye for detail to every aspect of my work. As a former flight attendant, I am trained in CPR and first aid. With a decade of honed customer service experience, I have worked with and cared for individuals from various cultural backgrounds and all walks of life around the globe --both in the air and on the ground. I believe in treating each person like family, showing respect, patience, and genuine care, and creating a warm, professional environment where comfort, safety, and trust come naturally.
