About Joy

I'm a retired U. S. Navy corpsman (medic) specializing in Respiratory Therapy and also worked as a Pharmacy Technician. I've worked in the ER, pediatric, intensive care unit and hospital clinics as a general corpsman. I enjoy long walks, home exercise, traveling, reading books, shopping, photography, cooking and doing volunteer works in my local veteran's hospital. I've raised two wonderful children with a great career of their own. I'm married to a retired Marine for 29 years and I travel the world to keep myself busy. Please note that I prefer to keep my patients/clients busy by encouraging them to do things they enjoy, or going for walks, window shopping, theater, arts, etc. Healthy living is my number one priority. I am very patient, compassionate and love long conversations. I am very tidy and I like to keep things organized.
