About Joy

Joy is an absolute gem! It’s hard enough to interview someone (because they’re interviewing you too). You’re opening yourself up, your house and most importantly leaving your kids with someone. Well, look no further because there is no one better than Joy. Her sense of compassion and kindness is unmatched - she is patient and can handle multiple kids. She has Nannied for my family and was truly wonderful, she’d come up with projects for the kids to do and always asked our permission before doing slime, oobleck and paper mâché. When my daughter had a panic attack she handled it like a pro and told her she was loved and could come out when she was ready - she often left the house in better condition than she found it and was an excellent communicator to us and the kids. She can handle anything - she often made meals for the kids during the day and would always have the place spotless - she is a true JOY to have had! My husband once joked she was more like Mary Poppins because she would sing and play with the kids if you are looking for a kind, loving and respectful nanny or sitter look no further. She is the best.
