Joy was absolutely great with my parents. I loved her and trusted her immediately. I was very comfortable with her being here with my loved ones as well as my 4 legged loved ones. My only complaint with her is that she frequently cancelled short notice. Most of them I believe were legitimate reasons and I was able to be flexible so they were not a huge deal for me. However she did give her notice an hour before her shift. At least a 24 hour notice would have been appreciated. There may have been other factors at play that I was not aware of but I think she is definitely worth considering and having a conversation with. She was a great companion to my Dad and was making headway with my Mother. I would recommend her for these reasons.
