About Joy

I am a solo 59-year-old mama of 18-year-old twins! I work with the dementia and memory care population and have a huge heart for seniors. I also have a virtual health coaching practice with a focus on women post 50. I use my experience to guide on having a longevity approach NO matter their age. You can always make small healthy changes. I am knowledgeable in nutrition, balance, mobility, and sleep protocols. I am looking for a companion position where I can use my healthy lifestyle skills and also stimulate via outings to museums, parks and conversation. I have traveled all over the world and love to get to know new people. With my dementia work, I do programming on the 6 domains of the brain. I lead wheelchair yoga and tai chi and host small groups to have stimulating conversation. I can also assist with the household basics of errands etc. I am looking for a family with a deep connection which can be so rewarding for both parties.
