I can't speak to Joven's caregiving skills, but I was disappointed when Joven and I established a time for a phone interview/chat and there was no answer, no response to my voicemail, or follow-up text message. The appointment time was confirmed via text a few hours prior. I understand something coming up last-minute or losing interest in the job, but please have the courtesy and professionalism to say so.
