About Jovany

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. With seven years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, History, Test Preparation, Study Skills, and Special Education for elementary through high school students. I assess individual learning styles by incorporating visual aids, hands-on activities, and targeted practice problems. When students encounter complex concepts, I break them down into manageable steps to build confidence and momentum. I believe clear communication with families is essential to track progress and set meaningful goals. Because I have experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, I am dedicated to creating an inclusive environment. Building a supportive rapport that makes learning truly enjoyable remains the most rewarding aspect of my work. I look forward to partnering with you to help your student succeed and reach their full potential.
