With one year of experience with seniors and 8 years of experience with autistic young adults with some college education, I am well-equipped to assist your loved ones with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of creating a comfortable environment and tailor my communication to each family's preferences, offering verbal updates and regular check-ins. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I speak both English and Spanish.
