Hi! I'm Journie! I'm a college student studying Early Childhood Education with a genuine passion for working with children. I have 4 years of experience caring for children of different ages, including infants, toddlers, and school age children. I'm patient, nurturing, dependable, and attentive, and I love getting to know each child and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have experience with age appropriate play, feeding, diaper changes, naps, homework, fun activities, and following each family's routine. I enjoy creating activities that keep children engaged while giving them opportunities to learn and explore. I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident when leaving their child in someone else's care, so I always communicate clearly and respect each family's preferences. I'm also happy to help with light cleaning, simple meals, and pets when needed.
