About Journey

I am currently a third year student at Chicago, as well as a daycare teacher. I'm studying to be a child psychologist to educate people and raise awareness about the importance of children's psychological and emotional needs. I've been working with infants and young children since I was a young girl myself. I started off caring for my baby sister and when I turned 15 I got my first job at a summer camp working with 3-year-olds. I've always connected with children, especially when it comes to imagination and curiosity. Working at a daycare has taught me many things about children and my hope is to expand my knowledge as well as be a caretaker who helps guide them into a brighter future as they grow and develop.
