About Journey

Hi, I'm Journey. I'm 21. I'm pretty energetic and creative so I like doing crafts, puppet play, different outside projects, and staying busy while having fun. I am going to the UO working towards a bachelors in criminal justice with a minor in social work and I love it so much! My favorite age group is toddlers, but I think all stages have their joys and have experience with all ages. I'm CPR and first aid certified, I have my own vehicle and license, and have taken multiple courses in child development. I have worked at a child care center, as well as various summer camps. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine focused, and creative space to learn, grow, and mainly have a great time! I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and outings when appropriate. In my personal time I love to go camping, read, and watch movies. I love to travel and cook as well! I look forward to meeting you.
