About Jourdan

I'm Jo, a Tampa native with a lifelong passion for working with children and supporting their growth through fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care. I hold a Master's in Instructional Design (Curriculum Development) and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education, and I've worked in a variety of childcare settings-from nannying, teaching, gymnastics coach and camp counselor. My approach is always rooted in patience, curiosity, and adaptability. I'm CPR certified, have a clean driving record with reliable transportation, and I am very safe and comfortable near water (grew up as a competitive swimmer) When I'm not working, I love reading, going to Disney, playing board games, gymnastics, and dancing. I'm happy to incorporate play, movement, and imagination into the care I provide. I look forward to getting to know your family!
