I'm patient, adaptable, and fully focused on the person in front of me-not the clock or the checklist. I've worked across long-term care, rehab, respite, skilled nursing and memory care. What I've learned: seniors are the most diverse, surprising people you'll ever meet. They don't fit into boxes, and neither does my care. I believe in patient-focused care, not routine-driven care. I'm there for the family, yes-but my primary partnership is with your loved one. I want to learn what works for them, encourage their independence, respect their choices, and step in with full support when they need it. I'm not rigid. I'm resourceful. What I'm looking for in return is simple: open communication and the freedom to do my job well; when I'm working, I'll do whatever it takes to show up fully-no shortcuts, no half-measures. Let's figure this out together. I'd much rather have a real conversation than a formal interview-because the best care plans are built on trust, not paperwork.
