Josselith, Josie, worked for my family for several months, providing care for two elderly relatives. I knew I liked her when she arrived the first day, early and stated that she was ready to work. When I tried to help with chores, she politely told me to go rest. She was excellent. She is extremely caring and gentle while providing care. She did more in two hours than most people could do in an eight hour shift. When I had an unforeseen emergency and needed care, the night before she went above and beyond to find a caregiver to help. This coverage was outside her normal shift. She is an expert in organizing, bed baths, showering, assisting in exercises, and CNA skills. My relatives would watch sports and Josie would cheer along side. She is a shiny star who always came to work smiling.
