When first introduced to our kids, Josie immediately showed how at ease she is! She spoke comfortably with our school-age kiddo, and our infant daughter smiled and accepted her presence (despite being in the separation anxiety phase!). She followed our instructions and made it a pleasant time. She's friendly, receptive, and totally at ease. When we came home, baby was happy, clean, and calm! Thank you!
