About Josie

Hi there! I'm Josie, a college grad & certified interior designer who moved to Logan Square about 1. 5 years ago. I have prior experience caring for children from the ages of ~10 months to 9 years old. I started babysitting over 10 years ago, my most recent experience being a mother's helper for two children under 3. I provide a safe, supportive, and creative(!!) environment for all children under my care, encouraging them to be kind and self sufficient young humans. I've cared for both reserved and outgoing children, and have successfully gained their trust and respect quickly and carefully. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring they are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I follow parents' preferred communication method and respect their parenting choices.
