Hi! I'm Josie, and caring for children isn't just my job-it's what I genuinely love to do. With over 8 years of childcare experience, I've cared for children of all ages as a lead infant teacher, daytime nanny, night nanny for newborns, and currently as a K-12 substitute teacher at Manheim Central with my Emergency Teaching Certificate. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and encouraged to grow. Whether we're reading books, playing outside, working on milestones, or simply sharing lots of laughs, I strive to create a fun, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
