About Josie

Hi! I'm Josie, a graduate student at UCSC. I have over four years of experience caring for children, including infants as young as 7 months through 5 years old. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and love creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can learn, play, and grow. I spent four summers working at a children's camp, where I gained experience leading activities, encouraging creativity, and supporting children with different personalities and needs. I enjoy arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, reading, games, and helping little ones reach new milestones. Building strong relationships with both children and their families is important to me. I believe clear communication and consistency help children thrive, and I'm happy to follow each family's routines and parenting style. Whether you need an occasional babysitter or regular help, I'd love to support your family!
