About Josie

Hi! My name is Josie but I go by Z. I have over seven years professional childcare experience. I have worked at multiple elementary schools as Lead choreographer and Co-Director for their musicals. In that time I have also worked in a preschool setting, aiding the teachers with children ages 11 months - 5 years old. I love being in a creative and artistic environment. I'm someone who jumps into imaginative play and takes a very strong developmental approach in understanding a child. I balance play and creativity well with structure. My skills include being a patient communicator. I have strong class/environmental management and I am good at getting kids engaged in activities through creative means.
