About Josiann

Hi! I'm Josiann and I will be a freshman in college starting this fall :). I believe in working hard, taking healthy breaks, and being fully present with the kids I care for. I've babysat for my own family as well as for another family, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with children. Becoming a caregiver allows me to support families by providing reliable and thoughtful childcare. I'm patient, calm, creative, friendly, and easy to talk to. I have about a year of experience caring for one child at a time, and I keep open communication with parents through regular text or phone updates, whatever method you prefer. I always follow your lead when it comes to enforcing house rules. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that help kids learn while having fun. I'm also willing to help with carpooling and supervising swimming. My goal is to bring a positive, relaxed, and engaging energy to your home and create a safe, happy space for your children.
