Hi! I'm a compassionate and experienced caregiver with over 10 years of hands-on experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). I currently serve as a Team Director in a group home setting, where I oversee care, support staff, and ensure each individual receives respectful, person-centered services tailored to their unique needs. Throughout my career, I've worked closely with individuals requiring a wide range of supports, including daily living assistance, behavioral support, and medical needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have experience with tube feedings, medication administration, and maintaining a safe, structured environment. I take pride in building meaningful connections, promoting independence, and advocating for the dignity and well-being of those I support.
