About Joshua

My second ever job was at the as a swim instructor. I created various lesson plans for the children and accurately scored them based on their skill level. I also built relationships with children and guardians which is what really made me enjoy working with people. My third and current job is a afterschool program for right at school. I work with elementary school age kids some with disabilities and build great relationships with my students and their family's. I have a very bright and comedic personality, which fits very well with kids. However human caregiving is not my only strong suit. I love animals very much and love taking care of them since I cannot have one myself. On top of that I am extremely detail oriented and enjoy cleaning and making things perfect. I am a standout guy and love having conversation and getting outside and playing soccer. I'd describe my personality as funny, understanding, respectful.
