My name is Josh and I have over 25 years of experience in delivering various levels of patient care. I am licensed in Maryland as a Certified Nursing Assistant and have been since 1998. I am trained in phlebotomy and venipuncture, carry my American Heart Association BLS Provider Certification, am fully vaccinated/boosted (all available preventatives) and a yearly flu shot. My experience spans from providing help with ADL's to more direct assistance; ostomy care, wound care and prevention, indwelling and self catheter maintenance (also condom type catheters) along with medication reminders and administration. I am comfortable assisting both male and female clients of any age range. Should you be interested in speaking and discussing the needs of your family and client, please feel free to reach out. *safe driver & clean record with SUV that can accommodate various size wheelchair*

Josh is AMAZING, both as a caregiver and as a human. He is warm, funny, kind, and self-motivated. He has spent time reading up on my son's condition in his own time as well to better understand his needs and limitations. Josh instituted a stretching program for my son(who is physically disabled and in a wheelchair full time) without my even asking, and my son, who is reluctant to bond with new people took to him almost instantly. He has also been the perfect combination of kind and firm with my son's behavioral difficulties and has helped me work through some disciplinary ideas. Josh is also very good at knowing when to step in with ideas for improving daily structure without overstepping or being pushy. I am horribly saddened that we are moving out of state and will no longer have him in our lives, if I was independently wealthy I'd just take him with us! We are so glad to have met him, his help has been indispensable. Hire him and I guarantee you'll be so thankful you did.
