About Josh

I have experience working in nursing homes, hospitals, and as a home health aid for over the past decade. I have experience working with lifts and quad care. The bulk of my experience has been with individuals with developmental disabilities. I'd describe my personality as hardworking, compassionate, and honest. I like caring for seniors because it provides a unique perspective for myself. I enjoy their conversations and humor. I'm looking for a job that I am comparable with the individual I work directly with while also being able to meet expectations of their direct representatives. I started caring for seniors before the pandemic. In my spare time, I like to watch football, play video games. I enjoy nature and spend time hunting and fishing. One thing you should know about me is I care deeply about my clients. I have always gone above and beyond to provide the best care possible to everyone I have worked with. My skills include lifts, baths/hygiene, and socialization.
