About Josh

My work in childcare began as a developmental coach and grew stronger while working with children with autism. These experiences motivated me to continue my education in psychological development as I'm getting my doctorate in clinical psychology at NAU. I have two years of experience working with children, as a swim instructor, babysitter, and developmental coach. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy playing various games with children, from outdoor sports to educational board games. I also provide swimming supervision or instruction. I am comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parent/guardian. I will follow your preferred communication method, but typically give a recap at pickup. I am First Aid Training and CPR Training certified. I look forward to bringing my skills and enthusiasm to your family!
