When I first contacted Jose, he wasn’t available for the days and times I needed, but he connected me with his partner and fellow caregiver, Ian—and I’m so grateful he did. From the start, Ian made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, which meant a lot, especially during recovery. He has a natural way of being present without being intrusive, and he’s very in tune with your limitations, always stepping in to help in just the right way. Ian is kind, caring, conscientious, and genuinely thoughtful. On top of that, he brings such a calm, positive energy that makes a real difference day to day. Having him around gave me a real sense of reassurance and support.
