I have been beyond pleased with Joseph's care of my mother. He is attentive, caring, dependable, and goes the extra mile. I must say I feel blessed and honored to have him working for us. Plus, my mother does exceptionally well under his guidance and service. And that is the best proof of exceptional, quality care. It is no easy task as my mother needs hands on care to assist with all activities of daily living due to severely impaired cognitive abilities related to Alzheimer's. And sometimes is a handful! But somehow Joseph is able to soothe her and her less desirable moods tend to fade away. Thank you, Joseph!!!
