I started nannying right out of high school! I Started with a close family friend then I started looking online for extra things. Care. com has been amazing for me. I've met some amazing families!

Josephine helped care for my 24 yo disabled daughter while my family was in DE for a beach vacation. She was excellent. Very good company, willing to go out with my daughter, able to cope with my daughter's mood swings. Josephine was a life saver and I recommend her without reservation.

We love JoJo! She has done an amazing job caring for our four children and especially connects well with our younger daughters. She’s very thoughtful and helpful for the whole family. Anyone would be lucky to have her.

I would recommend JoJo. I have a son with special needs, and JoJo took on the challenge with determination and patience and was ready to learn. Her kindness and love won over our son and they became great friends this summer. I highly recommend her as a caregiver.

Josephine is wonderful with my 3 year old son. He is high energy but she happily walks all over town with him to keep him moving and busy. He loves when she comes over and asks when she is coming back when she is gone.

I have known her for more than 4 years and always found her to be caring, dependable, communicable and loving to my children. You would be lucky to work with her. I would hire her full time but I live too far away.

Our kids love Josephine! She is very attentive and caring but stern when she needs to be. I never had to worry when she had the kids. She made sure they were fed (dealing with picky toddlers is tough) and even took my 5 year old
Swimming every day (also stressful with a non swimmer). I am thrilled to have somebody I trust watching our kids and you can tell she loves caring for children!

Josephine cared for our son from 4 months to 13 months. In that time she was great dependable help. She was always on time, flexible with our schedules and never took time off. We will continue to use her for date nights and other times we need babysitting.

For our beach vacation this summer, JoJo babysat for my three children( plus other kids in our group of friends). She arrived before the younger kids went for a nap, helped with snacks and activities when they woke up. She also babysat in the evening a few times, after the kids went to bed. She even babysat 10 kids, so our group of moms and dads could go out for a nice dinner! She was always on time, willing to work with our schedule which changed day to day, and most importantly great with the kids(9, 6, 3 yo)-my kids liked her immediately and were at ease around her! Would definitely call her again if we vacation in the same area! 

Josephine watches our kids on a pretty regular basis. She is fantastic with the kids and us as well.  We would be lost without her!

Always on time and worked well with my daughter and kept me informed throughout the day of happenings, questions, etc

I am very picky and careful about who I trust to watch my children and Josephine is one of the only people in this world I trust! I know she would do anything to keep my kids safe and happy! 

She is very dependable. And she works great with others.
