About Josephine

I have a background in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. I hold certifications as a Newborn Care Specialist, CPR/First Aid, Montessori Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis I'd describe my personality as outgoing, nurturing and creative. I like working with kids because I like to see their growth during the times I am with them, exploring the world from their eyes. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to have longevity with the family. A healthy work environment, a partnership with the parents and the space to allow me to do my job. I started working with kids when as a young child, as I babysat for family members and neighbor kids. In my spare time, I like to read, engage in outdoor activities, trying new restaurants and game nights. One thing you should know about me is I am dependable, flexible to schedules, loyal, and take pride in working with children to reach their developmental milestones. My skills include arts and crafts, and creative learning.
