Currently I am a full time caregiver for a gentleman with Parkinson's. We do exercises and take him for walks, take him to appointments, cook, and assist with bathroom and showering needs. I also handle the medicine. Other than that, I have a lot of recent experience with seniors. I lived with seniors in Redwood City helping with medication, things around the house, and the nighttime routine. I lived with a lady with dementia for a few years helping her find things around the house, general companionship, and took her to church. Generally everywhere that I've worked, I have helped with chores and laundry around the house. I'm looking for a family that needs a thoughtful and kind caregiver for their senior relative starting anytime now. I have a 9-month-old baby girl and she currently comes with me to work and this has worked well. I would love to find another family that is ok with this. This would work well for someone who likes babies and would enjoy being around one.
