In brief, I am very responsible and constantly on the lookout for potentially bad situations. I believe in keeping children stimulated (as in not sitting around watching TV), and guide them toward more social or educational activities. In the past, I have liked to take children to volunteer at animal shelters that I have worked at, play board games, encourage them to read out loud or read to them, and take them outside as much as possible; but all under the given permission of their guardians. I am really enthusiastic because I love to be around children. I have no problem giving parents frequent updates or none at all according to their preference. My past experience: - a girl (from age 7 - 9) - a girl (from age 2-5) - three siblings (age 1, age 2, and age 4) - triplet boys (from age 3-5) - triplets (age 7 - 8) - volunteer at a church nursery, about 10 children ages 1 - 4 - volunteer at youth group, 6 children, ages 2 - 4 - for the past 10 years I have taken care of my grandmother through back surgery and cancer, and of my mentally disabled aunt.
