My review is a bit late, but Josephine helped me out at the last minute with my two sons (toddler and preschool age). She has a very natural way with children that is very respectful but also commands respect and good behavior which seems effortless. I was in awe of her instant rapport with my kids and only wish that she was available for full time hire. I would recommend her to anyone.
