About Josephine

Having had two children myself, now all grown up, I consider myself very experienced with infants. Born and raised in Italy up to age 16, I am a very family-oriented person with old fashioned qualities, the oldest of 8 children gave me many years of experience in childcare, caring for my siblings from infancy to adolescents in a large family and later then raising my own two children as well. I consider myself old school in many ways, I still look forward to having Sunday Pasta Dinner with my two children cooking a big pot of homemade Tomato Sauce with Meatballs, with Sausage and Italian bread etc. I must say cooking is one of my passions, as well as gardening and keeping a clean tidy neat home.
