I have years of experience working in childcare ranging from simply babysitting 2-year-olds to providing ABA therapy to autistic youth. Josie takes great care of both of our kids. We hired her primarily to care for our 10 year old son with Down Syndrome and he adores her! She is patient and a lot of fun. Our 12 year old daughter let us know she does not need a babysitter (but can’t perform some of the more advanced care that our son sometimes needs) -once she met Josie though she changed her tune. She will now pass on plans with friends if Josie is coming. Josie’s availability has been very flexible and she often lets us know when she has availability in case we need a break. Aside from taking amazing care of our kids, Josie also takes time to tidy up before we come home. We have been very lucky to have Josie part of our care team and we will miss her immensely when she moves.
