Joanne was with us from June to July 2023. She has a great personality and is very punctual and accommodating. She was even willing to help with non-child related housekeeping. I think she would be a great nanny for any child 1+ years old with at least one parent working from home; I would only consider rehiring her under these circumstances. There was lack of knowledge around standard infant safety protocols. She needed help with basic childcare tasks, such as preparing bottles and running the sterilizer.
