About Josephine

Hello! I am a junior at UMD this year, majoring in Communications and Outdoor Education. I have a strong love for the outdoors and spending time with kiddos. I have worked at Camp St. Croix Overnight for the past three summers as the Waterfront Director and a counselor. As a counselor, I was responsible for 10 children ages anywhere from 7-16. I lead them in activities such as paddling, sailing, archery, lawn games, rock climbing, arts and crafts, and outdoor cooking. As the Waterfront Director, I am responsible for lifeguard schedules and ensuring everyone's safety down at the beach. I currently work as a classroom aide at a daycare center in Duluth. I spend most of my time with infants and toddlers and love watching them grow and learn every day! I love being active, going on walks, or exploring new activities around Duluth. I can help with Carpools, Cooking/Meal Preparation, walking the dog, and, most importantly, having fun with your children. I am CPR and lifeguard certified.
