About Josephine

I am an enthusiastic person, very hard worker, and always willing to learn. I plan to someday own a business that deals with providing the best type of support, care, and better the quality of life for the elderly. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and have been for a couple of years and I have a lot of love and respect for the elderly. I have learned how to individually cater to all types of personalities due to the variations of my patients. Through my experience with assessments, day to day evaluations, care plans, working with all ages and people with mental and physical disabilities, I have a well-rounded experience in helping better the quality of life. Also growing up I was privileged enough to be surrounded with many different cultures having grown up in Ghana, Malawi, South Africa and in the United states and attending international schools. So with that experience having been exposed to the world I have a different prospective in life and able to adapt to different personalities and environments.
