About Josephine

My name is Josie, and I have several years of childcare experience (8+), and I truly enjoy building connections with kids and creating fun, engaging activities that keep them active and entertained. My goal is always to provide a supportive environment where children can thrive. In addition to childcare, I am also happy to help with household tasks such as preparing meals, washing dishes, and tidying up to help your family's day run more smoothly. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified, so I'm well trained to respond appropriately if any medical emergencies were to arise. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, creative, and patient. I started working with kids as a mother's helper at 14, and in high school I started nannying for multiple families. In college, I worked consistently for a family when the child was 1, up until he turned 4. I also have worked at a summer camp for middle schoolers for two years, where I often interact with kids with special needs like autism or ADHD.
