Josephine was very cheerful and knowledgeable about caring for my Mom and Dad in their home. She worked for us for about 6 months until they moved to assisted living. Mom uses a walker and Dad has dementia. It was a very challenging job! They both needed total help with pull up briefs and toileting. Aside from helping Mom and Dad, Josephine was good about preparing meals and keeping the condo neat and doing the laundry. I felt very relaxed when she was caring for my parents overnight or even for a 24 hour stretch. She can solve most problems on her own, but would call me if she had a question about what I would want her to do. I appreciated the contact. When spending time outside she would often send a picture to show all three enjoying the outdoors. I highly recommend Josephine for any caregiving or cleaning job and I wish her the best of luck.
