About Josephine

I love to work with children because they always make me smile! I have experience working with children who are neurodivergent, such as high-functioning autism and ADHD. I've been working with children for several years (since I have five younger siblings, including twins), and was employed as a part-time nanny for one year. In my spare time I like to work on my many hobbies such as writing, drawing, and other creative endeavors. I also love to spend time with my family, go to church, cook, and get out in nature. I'm looking for a job that is structured and long-term. I care about communicating with parents concerning what is expected from me so I can care for and guide/discipline the children in an acceptable manner, and I hope to form a strong positive relationship with the children as I work with them. I strive to make sure I take children's feelings and perspective into account as I care for them, and I intend to lead through example and always leave a positive impression.
