Hi, my name is Joseph. I've been working with children for the past eight years, primarily in afterschool and summer camp programs. For the last three years, I've focused on one-on-one work with both children and adults with autism. It's been incredibly rewarding to see the growth and progress of the individuals I've supported. I tailor my approach to each person's unique needs and goals, and I take pride in being flexible, reliable, and encouraging. My long term goal is to become a special education teacher, and I'm committed to helping each individual reach their full potential and being a dependable partner to the family along the way.
