Hi i'm Joseph, My journey into childcare was fueled by my love for nurturing young minds. I've worked as a counselor in schools, providing one-on-one tutoring and fostering a supportive environment. I pride myself on open and transparent communication with parents. Whether through written daily reports or their preferred method, I ensure that they're always informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care, as well as help with educational growth. From outdoor sports and physical games to educational games that promote learning and technology-based games, I enjoy a variety of activities that cater to different interests and age groups. I am a criminal justice degree major, and am comfortable with pets, and have a reliable means for transportation and open schedule.
