We hired Jose as an evening caregiver for our 82-year old senior. She has proven to be an excellent communicator, is very flexible with our changing or sudden needs, and provides a very sweet, calming presence for Grandma. She is well versed in medical care and was able to provide recommendations regarding management of Grandma's diabetes. She is cleanly, kind, and is able to help Grandma with whatever she may need. I've heard she prepares a nice toast & tea as a midnight snack :)
