About Joselyn

Hi! My name is Joselyn, and I'm an experienced childcare provider and tutor with several years of experience working with children of different ages and learning styles. I began working with children at 16 as an after-school teacher, gaining experience in both assistant and lead teacher roles. I currently work in a pediatric dental office, where I continue to work closely with children and families. I'm CPR certified and have completed numerous NYS childcare and child development training certifications. I also have recommendation letters and professional references available upon request. I tutor elementary-aged students in reading, writing, spelling, math, homework help, and general academic support. I adapt my approach to each child's needs and strive to make learning positive and encouraging. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and can provide tutoring in both languages. My goal is to help children build confidence while creating a patient, supportive learning environment!
