About Joseli

This will be long because Joseli is the most wonderful caretaker ever. Best kept secret in Seattle. She can handle our six children as easily as two kids. She connects with kids of various ages, whether newborn or preteen. She is incredibly loving, caring, and attentive. Jo came over the other day and decided to make banana pancakes for the kids from scratch. Then she scrubbed our floors, folded the blankets, washed all the dishes, cleaned the countertops, and then bathed my youngest, fixing her hair beautifully afterwards. Jo truly loves babies and children, and brings order and calm to our home. She does not complain, but has the BEST, most hopeful, most hardworking and encouraging demeanor. She speaks Portuguese and English, with Portuguese being her first language. Sometimes she uses Google Translate with our kids, and even our 3-year-old can talk to her easily this way. I love how they have the chance to learn to speak Portuguese with someone so amazing. She is open and clear; she will let us know things of importance about their time. Joseli is also a champion of our children, and I love how she talks about them in an encouraging, positive manner. She is truly a gem of a human being.
