You’re in great hands with Josefina, I honestly was nervous about hiring from online but didn’t have the family to help. I work sometimes remote and needed help with our second child so I could work. Our first experience with Josefina: We had three working interviews with three different people and Josefina stood out. Others talked a lot with me and my husband, or were quiet and on their phone. She put our son first, communicated when she had questions, kept me updated, she listened to what I needed, made thoughtful suggestions and five years later, we’ve had her continue to stay on to help with two more children. She has become part of our family. If you want a caregiver that doesn’t just let your kids sit in front of the TV and want hands on activities, plays with your child and a person who loves what she does, Josefina is a great choice. She cares and takes pride in her work and brings a lot of positive energy in what she does. You can tell she truly cares for the kids wellbeing. I highly recommend her. She is reliable and there when I needed her, hard working, knowledgeable, loving, and patient with the children.
